Review by hotel critic
Staying at this charming B&B in Glastonbury was an absolute delight that exceeded all my high expectations. the location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from the bustling High Street, making it convenient to explore the town's attractions. the cozy room with its parquet floor and comfy bed felt like a luxurious retreat, while the free Wi-Fi allowed me to stay connected with ease. the personal touch of having an electric kettle in the room for a late-night cup of tea was a thoughtful gesture that made me feel right at home. What truly set this hotel apart was the warm and welcoming hospitality of Julie and Tor. From the moment I arrived, I was made to feel like an old friend, with Julie's attentive care and Tor's extensive knowledge of the area. the breakfast spread was a highlight, with heart-shaped fried eggs and unique dishes like porridge made with orange juice adding a delightful touch. Tor's culinary skills shone through with his delicious creations, making each morning a culinary adventure. Overall, my stay at this hidden gem exceeded my every expectation. From the tranquil and calming atmosphere to the thoughtful touches in every aspect of the experience, this hotel felt more like a retreat at a friend's home than a traditional accommodation. I left with a deep sense of satisfaction and a longing to return one day, making it an experience I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Glastonbury.
